All products are property of Poodle’s Avatars and Poodle’s Virtual Creations, by purchasing any product you are agreeing to be bound by these terms. 

Avatars:

Avatars sold by Poodle’s Avatars are for personal use only.

Most avatars contain NSFW content (unless marked as SFW) that you must be 18+ years of age to purchase. By purchasing my avatars you agree you are over 18+ years of age.

Editing my avatars is allowed! Please keep in mind: 

• You may not claim ownership of the model even after heavy edits. 
• Do not remove my signature inside of the avatar (if it contains one). 

Converting models by Poodle’s Avatars to VRMs to use for VTubing is allowed with proper credit.

DO NOT make any avatars public. 

DO NOT Sell/Resell models by Poodle’s Avatars claiming it as your own. 

DO NOT Share any model by Poodle’s Avatars to those that do not own it as well. Price-Splitting, Leaking, Trading, Sharing between friends, and Redistributing is prohibited. 

DO NOT take any assets off of the models for reuse. You must purchase from original creators linked, regardless if the asset was free or not. 

Assets:

Assets sold by Poodle’s Avatars are for Personal, Commercial, Public, and Free.

Assets by Poodle’s Avatars are allowed on COMPLETED and FINISHED models only.

Editing an asset is allowed! Please keep in mind:

• You may not claim the asset as your own, even if heavily edited. 
• Proper credit is required: [Product Name/Link] by Poodle00 or Poodle00 (hyperlinked to the product you used). 
• If multiple assets are used on a completed model, you may link my whole store: Poodle00

DO NOT Sell/Resell assets by Poodle’s Avatars claiming it as your own. 

DO NOT Share any asset by Poodle’s Avatars to those that do not own it as well. Price-Splitting, Leaking, Trading, Sharing between friends, and Redistributing is prohibited. 

DO NOT reuse assets by taking it off of another model. You must own the asset yourself before using.

Refund Policy - PAYHIP ONLY

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are unavailable for Jinxxy and Gumroad and are LIMITED for Payhip. This means you are eligible for a refund until the product is downloaded. 

To Request a Refund:

• The purchase receipt must show 0 downloads. 
• Open a discord support ticket. 
• Provide reasoning as to why you would like a refund. 

Refunds are not guaranteed! Please be sure you meet eligibility prior to submitting a request. 

Extra Information:

Gifting: 

• Use the Gifting system to purchase avatars for others. 
• If asked, please put the gift recipient's information instead of your own. 

When purchasing a model, please have basic knowledge of unity and uploading avatars. 

When purchasing an asset, please have knowledge of blender, unity and uploading avatars. 

All meshes are intended for VRChat ONLY. Please reach out if you would like to use them for any other platform. 

Avatar support is always included when purchasing an avatar until edits are done. I am not responsible if the avatar breaks after you edit it in any way.
