All products are property of Poodle’s Avatars and Poodle’s Virtual Creations, by purchasing any product you are agreeing to be bound by these terms. 

Avatars:

Avatars sold by Poodle’s Avatars are licensed for personal use only. Most avatars include NSFW content (unless explicitly marked as SFW).

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase these avatars. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Editing and Modifications

Editing avatars is permitted for personal use only, subject to the following conditions:

• You may not claim ownership of the avatar, even after significant modifications.,
• You may not edit and resell the avatar or reuse parts of it on other models.,
• Any embedded signature located on my avatars must not be removed under any circumstances.,
• Converting avatars into VRM format for VTubing is permitted, provided clear and visible credit is given on all relevant platforms (including social media and livestreams).

Usage Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Making any avatar public under any circumstances.
• Selling or reselling avatars created by Poodle’s Avatars, whether modified or not. Misrepresentation of ownership will constitute to plagiarism and may result in legal action.
• Sharing, distributing, or redistributing any avatar files. This includes (but is not limited to) price-splitting, leaking, trading, or sharing with others.
• All files provided with the avatars—including but not limited to Unity files, Substance Painter projects, and base textures —are for your personal use only.
• Any additional files that are not included in the initial purchase, may be accessed through the official Discord server after purchase verification. (This can include free textures made by myself or the community, along with Substance Painter Project's, if they are not already included.)

Assets and Third-Party Content

You may not at anytime extract or reuse any assets from any of my avatars. All assets must be obtained directly from their original creators, as listed in the avatar’s credits, regardless of whether they were free or paid.

Assets:

Assets sold by Poodle’s Avatars are for Personal, Commercial, Public, and Free.

Assets by Poodle’s Avatars are allowed on COMPLETED and FINISHED models only.

Editing an asset is allowed! Please keep in mind:

• You may not claim the asset as your own, even if heavily edited. 
• Proper credit is required: [Product Name/Link] by Poodle00 or Poodle00 (hyperlinked to the product you used). 
• If multiple assets are used on a completed model, you may link my whole store: Poodle00

DO NOT Sell/Resell assets by Poodle’s Avatars claiming it as your own. 

DO NOT Share any asset by Poodle’s Avatars to those that do not own it as well. Price-Splitting, Leaking, Trading, Sharing between friends, and Redistributing is prohibited. 

DO NOT reuse assets by taking it off of another model. You must own the asset yourself before using.

Refund Policy - PAYHIP ONLY

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are unavailable for Jinxxy and Gumroad and are LIMITED for Payhip. This means you are eligible for a refund until the product is downloaded. 

To Request a Refund:

• The purchase receipt must show 0 downloads. 
• Open a discord support ticket. 
• Provide reasoning as to why you would like a refund. 

Refunds are not guaranteed! Please be sure you meet eligibility prior to submitting a request. 

Extra Information:

Gifting: 

• Use the Gifting system to purchase avatars for others. 
• If asked, please put the gift recipient's information instead of your own. 

When purchasing a model, please have basic knowledge of unity and uploading avatars. 

When purchasing an asset, please have knowledge of blender, unity and uploading avatars. 

All meshes are intended for VRChat ONLY. Please reach out if you would like to use them for any other platform. 

Avatar support is always included when purchasing an avatar until edits are done. I am not responsible if the avatar breaks after you edit it in any way.
